Compression springs are manufactured from high carbon steel wire, stainless wire and galvanized wire materials with wire thicknesses between 0.10 and 5 mm.

The compression springs are used to store energy through compacting, to provide loads or to withstand pressure-oriented forces. Compression springs, which can take a wide variety of designs and forms in our facility, are produced in accordance with even the strictest tolerances regarding length and force. In addition to the commonly used compression spring manufacturing, we have the capacity to meet a small batch or large volumes in accordance with customer specifications on demand.

The ends of the compression springs may or may not be ground, the end rollers may be open or closed. These springs can be produced in different varieties such as conical, barrel or hour glass to solve the blockage problem, to reduce block length and excessive vibration or to obtain non-linear load (force) properties.
